The Hungarian Association of EURELECTRIC (EMT) has 23 members. EMT is the Hungarian member in EURELECTRIC (based in Brussels), the most significant professional organisation to represent the interest of the European electricity industry.

 

The Annual Convention & Conference of EURELECTRIC entitled "Role and Benefits of Electricity to society" will be held in Oslo, Norway, on 12-13 June 2006. The conference investigate the role of electricity in furthering sustainable development, economic progress and social development, further the challenges of developing an energy-efficient, low-carbon, energy secure and competitive economy.
